Welcome to Autovens. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They follow the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021 and the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 of Bangladesh. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

2. Your account

• You must give correct and complete information when you register or place an order.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, fake orders or misuse of the website.

3. Products and prices

• We try to show product details, images and prices as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or appearance may happen because of screens and lighting.
• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
• Prices and offers may change without notice, but the price confirmed for your order will not change.
• If a product is listed with a clearly wrong price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and give a full refund of any payment made.

4. Orders

• An order is accepted only after we confirm it by phone call, SMS or email.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the information is incorrect, or we suspect fraud. If you have paid, you will get a full refund.
• We may limit the quantity of a product per customer.

5. Payment

• We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other cards through SSLCommerz.
• Online payments are processed by licensed payment gateways. We never store your card details or wallet PIN.
• For some products, such as pre-order or global products, full or partial advance payment may be required. This will be shown before you order.

6. Delivery

• Daily Delivery: instant delivery inside Dhaka city for in-stock products, within 24 hours all over Bangladesh, and within 48 hours for global products. Times are counted from order confirmation.
• Delivery may be delayed by holidays, natural disasters, strikes or other events outside our control. We will inform you if this happens.
• Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person. Details are in our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellation

• You can cancel an order free of charge before it is shipped.
• After shipping, the delivery charge may be deducted from any refund.
• Refusing a Cash on Delivery order without a valid reason may lead to advance payment being required for future orders.

8. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, wrong or not-as-described products. Refunds are processed within 10 working days after approval. Warranty depends on the product. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy.

9. Pre-order and global products

For pre-order and global products, the expected delivery time is shown on the product page. If we can't deliver within the promised time, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund.

10. Use of the website

• Don't use this website for any illegal purpose, fake orders or fraud.
• Don't try to hack, damage or overload the website.
• Reviews must be honest and must not contain offensive, false or misleading content. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

11. Intellectual property

The Autovens name, logo, website design and content belong to Autovens and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Other brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Autovens is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Bangladeshi consumer protection law.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. We will try to resolve it within 72 hours. You may also contact the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP), hotline 16121.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and the terms in effect when you placed your order will apply to that order.

Autovens-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করে বা অর্ডার করে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের ডিজিটাল কমার্স পরিচালনা নির্দেশিকা ২০২১ এবং ভোক্তা-অধিকার সংরক্ষণ আইন ২০০৯ অনুসরণ করে তৈরি। অনুগ্রহ করে মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।

২. আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট

• রেজিস্ট্রেশন বা অর্ডারের সময় আপনাকে সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য দিতে হবে।
• পাসওয়ার্ড নিরাপদে রাখা এবং আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সব কার্যক্রমের দায়িত্ব আপনার।
• প্রতারণা, ভুয়া অর্ডার বা ওয়েবসাইটের অপব্যবহারে ব্যবহৃত অ্যাকাউন্ট আমরা স্থগিত করতে পারি।

৩. পণ্য ও মূল্য

• আমরা পণ্যের বিবরণ, ছবি ও মূল্য যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে দেখানোর চেষ্টা করি। স্ক্রিন ও আলোর কারণে রং বা দেখতে সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে।
• সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT)। ডেলিভারি চার্জ চেকআউটে আলাদাভাবে দেখানো হয়।
• মূল্য ও অফার পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে, তবে আপনার অর্ডারের জন্য নিশ্চিত করা মূল্য পরিবর্তন হবে না।
• প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটির কারণে কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য স্পষ্টভাবে ভুল দেখালে আমরা অর্ডারটি বাতিল করতে পারি এবং পরিশোধিত সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দেব।

৪. অর্ডার

• ফোন কল, এসএমএস বা ইমেইলে আমরা নিশ্চিত করার পরই অর্ডার গৃহীত হয়।
• পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে, তথ্য ভুল হলে বা প্রতারণার সন্দেহ হলে আমরা অর্ডার গ্রহণ না করতে বা বাতিল করতে পারি। আপনি অর্থ পরিশোধ করে থাকলে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত পাবেন।
• প্রতি গ্রাহকের জন্য কোনো পণ্যের পরিমাণ আমরা সীমিত করতে পারি।

৫. পেমেন্ট

• আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট, উপায় এবং SSLCommerz-এর মাধ্যমে ভিসা, মাস্টারকার্ড, আমেরিকান এক্সপ্রেস ও অন্যান্য কার্ড গ্রহণ করি।
• অনলাইন পেমেন্ট লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হয়। আমরা কখনো আপনার কার্ডের তথ্য বা ওয়ালেট পিন সংরক্ষণ করি না।
• প্রি-অর্ডার বা গ্লোবাল পণ্যের মতো কিছু পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিক অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। অর্ডারের আগেই তা দেখানো হবে।

৬. ডেলিভারি

• ডেইলি ডেলিভারি: স্টকে থাকা পণ্য ঢাকা শহরের ভেতরে ইনস্ট্যান্ট ডেলিভারি, সারা বাংলাদেশে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে এবং গ্লোবাল পণ্য ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে। সময় গণনা শুরু হয় অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর থেকে।
• ছুটির দিন, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, হরতাল বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের অন্য কোনো কারণে ডেলিভারিতে দেরি হতে পারে। এমন হলে আমরা আপনাকে জানাব।
• ডেলিভারি কর্মীর সামনেই পার্সেল চেক করে নিন। বিস্তারিত আমাদের ডেলিভারি ও শিপিং নীতিমালায়।

৭. অর্ডার বাতিল

• পণ্য পাঠানোর আগে আপনি বিনা খরচে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন।
• পণ্য পাঠানোর পর বাতিল করলে ফেরতযোগ্য অর্থ থেকে ডেলিভারি চার্জ কেটে রাখা হতে পারে।
• যুক্তিসঙ্গত কারণ ছাড়া ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি অর্ডার গ্রহণ না করলে ভবিষ্যৎ অর্ডারে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট চাওয়া হতে পারে।

৮. রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও ওয়ারেন্টি

ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভুল বা বিবরণের সাথে না মেলা পণ্য ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে। অনুমোদনের পর ১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হয়। ওয়ারেন্টি পণ্যভেদে ভিন্ন। বিস্তারিত আমাদের রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা এবং ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালায়।

৯. প্রি-অর্ডার ও গ্লোবাল পণ্য

প্রি-অর্ডার ও গ্লোবাল পণ্যের সম্ভাব্য ডেলিভারি সময় পণ্যের পেজে দেখানো থাকে। প্রতিশ্রুত সময়ের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দিতে না পারলে আপনি অর্ডার বাতিল করে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত নিতে পারবেন।

১০. ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার

• কোনো অবৈধ উদ্দেশ্যে, ভুয়া অর্ডার বা প্রতারণার জন্য এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করবেন না।
• ওয়েবসাইট হ্যাক, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা অতিরিক্ত চাপ সৃষ্টির চেষ্টা করবেন না।
• রিভিউ অবশ্যই সৎ হতে হবে এবং আপত্তিকর, মিথ্যা বা বিভ্রান্তিকর হতে পারবে না। নিয়ম ভঙ্গকারী রিভিউ আমরা সরিয়ে দিতে পারি।

১১. মেধাস্বত্ব

Autovens নাম, লোগো, ওয়েবসাইটের ডিজাইন ও কনটেন্ট Autovens-এর নিজস্ব সম্পত্তি। আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো কপি বা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। অন্যান্য ব্র্যান্ডের নাম ও লোগো তাদের নিজ নিজ মালিকের।

১২. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা

আইন অনুযায়ী অনুমোদিত সীমা পর্যন্ত, এই ওয়েবসাইট বা আমাদের পণ্য ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য Autovens দায়ী থাকবে না। কোনো অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের দায় সেই অর্ডারে আপনার পরিশোধিত অর্থের বেশি হবে না। এই শর্তাবলীর কোনো কিছুই বাংলাদেশের ভোক্তা সুরক্ষা আইনে আপনার অধিকার সীমিত করে না।

১৩. গোপনীয়তা

আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হয়।

১৪. প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত। কোনো অভিযোগ থাকলে প্রথমে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। আমরা ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সমাধানের চেষ্টা করব। এছাড়া আপনি জাতীয় ভোক্তা-অধিকার সংরক্ষণ অধিদপ্তরে (হটলাইন ১৬১২১) যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।

১৫. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন

আমরা সময়ে সময়ে এই শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ করতে পারি। সর্বশেষ সংস্করণ সবসময় এই পেজে থাকবে, এবং আপনি যখন অর্ডার করেছেন তখনকার শর্তাবলী সেই অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে।
