Delivery may take longer during public holidays, natural disasters, strikes or other events outside our control. If this happens, we'll let you know right away.
Delivery charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳80
- Outside Dhaka: ৳140
The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you place your order. Very heavy or bulky items may have an extra charge, which we'll confirm with you before shipping.
Order confirmation
After you place an order, we confirm it by phone call or SMS. Please keep your phone reachable so your delivery isn't delayed.
Receiving your parcel
- Please check the parcel in front of the delivery person.
- If the box is damaged, the product is wrong or something is missing, don't accept it. Contact us immediately.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the exact amount ready.
If we can't reach you
Our delivery person will call before arriving. If we can't reach you, we'll try again. If an order can't be delivered after repeated attempts, it may be cancelled. Customers with repeated failed Cash on Delivery orders may be asked to pay the delivery charge in advance for future orders.

You can track any order on our Track your order page using your order number and mobile number, or from My Account → Orders.
