Delivery areas
We deliver all over Bangladesh through our own riders and reputed courier partners.
Delivery time
- Inside Dhaka city: within 5 days of order confirmation (usually 1–3 days)
- Outside Dhaka: within 10 days of order confirmation (usually 3–5 days)
- Pre-order / imported items: the expected delivery time is shown on the product page and confirmed before you pay.
Delivery charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳70
- Outside Dhaka: ৳130
Charges for heavy or bulky items (e.g. cable boxes, rack equipment) may differ and will be shown at checkout or confirmed by phone.
Handover to courier
For paid orders, we hand the product over to the delivery partner within 48 hours of payment confirmation, as required by government guidelines.
Order tracking
You will receive the order status by SMS / email. You can also check it from My Account.
Checking your parcel
Please check the parcel in front of the delivery person. If the package is damaged or the wrong item has been delivered, do not accept it and contact us immediately.
